Hosting consumers trust a provider with the latest technology, upgraded and updated servers, provide support, and keep monitoring servers 24×7 for 100% uptime. Most hosting providers claim that they have age-old experience, and in this hosting industry, they have decades of experience. On the other hand, the hosting consumers look for new opportunities instead of relying entirely on the old companies with experience. Although it is always said that “Risk aversion is a tricky minefield,” hence asked to rely on branded providers only for the online presence.
Nowadays, switching has become a more effortless and hassle-free process. But, still, the hosting consumers always want to continue with their existing provider. The other provider comes into their mind with the cycle of doubt and hesitation continuing, and they cannot afford it or want to give more time.
