An author has mentioned five companies, but I would rather suggest LiquidWeb, Hivelocity, ServerMania, 100TB and iWeb in an unmanaged hosting segment. I disagree with the author on the list of the companies offered, as if you go on SiteGeek, you will find very fewer reviews on them.
